The board of Directors of Solomon Resources Ltd. regrets to announce the resignation of Mr. Keith Laskowski as President and Chief Operating Officer. During the past year, Mr. Laskowski proved himself to be an efficient and effective President and COO, however, due to competing interests for his time and attention, and for personal reasons, he has elected to resign and focus his attention on his consulting company, KAL Exploration Inc. in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Laskowski will continue to provide consulting services particularly in Mongolia where Solomon is about to commence another season of exploration and drilling. In the interim, Larry Nagy, Chairman and CEO, will assume the duties of President, and continue advancing Solomons active exploration projects in Mongolia and Australia.
