Randall Rogers, B.Sc (Geology) M.Sc. (Mineral Exploration), P. Geol. (President and Chief Executive Officer) Randy Rogers joined Solomon Resources Ltd. in 2007 following a distinguished career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police where he specialized in securities and market investigations. Randy obtained a B.Sc in Geology at the University of British Columbia in 1980 and a M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration at Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario in 1981. Randy has published a number of articles in professional journals including "Toward Self-Regulation: Restoring Credibility to the Mineral Exploration Industry" (1998) Mining Review; "So You Want to Become a Director: Corporate Governance, Continuous Disclosure and the Liability of Directors" (1998) Ontario Prospector and "Forensic Geology and Mineral Exploration Projects" (1999) Explor. Mining Geol. and has presented papers at the 3rd Annual Southeast Asia Mining Conference, (1997) Vancouver; Randol: Sampling and Assaying Gold & Silver - How to Avoid Fraud and Honest Mistakes (1997) Vancouver; Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, (1998) Toronto; International Symposium of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Mineralogy, (1998) Montreal; Association of Exploration Geochemists, (1999) Vancouver and provided policing perspective to the Mining Standards Task Force of the TSE and the OSC, (1999). W.S. (Steve) Vaughan, (Director) B.Sc. (Geology), M.Sc. (Geology) , B.C.L. Steve Vaughan is a partner of Heenan-Blaikie LLP and Head of its Mining Group. He is a leading expert on natural resource law and recognized for his expertise in project finance and international due diligence. He has worked in the mineral industry continuously since 1955, has been a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada for over 25 years and is currently a member of its Audit and Securities Committees. Steve has written numerous publications on natural resource financing, mining, international due diligence and related securities law issues published by The Canadian Institute, The Law Society of Upper Canada, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Insight, the Conference Board of Canada and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. Steve brings to the Board extensive experience and formidable knowledge gained in more than four decades in which he has advised Canadian and international companies, served on governmental advisory committees, served as a board member of resource issuers and been involved in natural resource transactions in more than sixty countries.

Ronald K. Netolitzky (Director) B. Sc. and M. Sc. Geology Ron Netolitzky has over 36 years experience in the mineral exploration industry. He holds a B. Sc from the University of Alberta and a M. Sc. from the University of Calgary, both in geology. Ron was a co-founder of Taiga Consultants in Calgary and has worked extensively as a consultant to major and junior mining companies internationally. He serves on a number of listed companies as an officer or director. Ron has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of mineral properties worldwide for numerous junior resource companies. He was recognized as the Prospector of the Year in 1991 by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Ron played a key role in the discoveries of the Snip, Eskay Creek and Brewery Creek mines in western Canada and continues to search for new deposits elsewhere around the world. |

Paul Maarschalk, (Director) CFO and Corporate Secretary Paul Maarschalk was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Solomon Resources Ltd in January 2008. Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 while working with Ernst & Young in Zimbabwe. After a year as the Group Accountant for a tobacco merchant that also owned a gold mine, Paul joined Anglo American Corporation (Zimbabwe) where he spent two years as the Company Secretary and Accountant for Anglo's chrome mining and smelting subsidiary. He was also responsible for the financial aspects of other small mines in the group, including a placer gold project. In 1990 he transferred to the corporate finance division of a merchant bank owned by Anglo where, among other duties, he was responsible for encouraging foreign investment into Zimbabwe's mining sector. In this role he spent several years assisting various foreign owned companies, mostly Canadian publicly traded junior resource companies, including one for which Ron Netolitzky and Larry Nagy served as directors. Paul moved to Canada in 2001 and settled in Kelowna BC. Since then, through an association with a large accounting firm in Kelowna, he has worked with several early stage companies in a financial consulting capacity or as the part time CFO. Paul is a dual citizen of Canada and South Africa and is also a Chartered Business Valuator. |
