Solomon Resources Limited is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of quality mineral properties worldwide.

Solomon is managed by a proven team of exploration geologists involved with the discovery and development of a number of significant mineral deposits including the Snip and Eskay Creek deposits in British Columbia and the Brewery Creek deposit in the Yukon Territory.

Solomon’s business model is that of a Project Generator. To build shareholder value, the Company seeks to acquire highly prospective mineral tenures in stable jurisdictions with the objective of adding value through grassroots exploration and target refinement and then seeks option or joint venture partners through to production.

The Project Generator model is particularly suited to the Company’s ongoing interest in the Yukon Territory where Solomon has a wealth of intellectual capital and experience.

In the 2011 field season we continued our exploration of the highly prospective 10 Mile Creek Gold Project in the Dawson Range of the Yukon Territory. Our exploration crews have identified new mineralized zones in what is arguably one of the most well developed gold-in-soil geochemical targets in the White Gold Camp. We will be collating our geochemical results with our 2011 airborne geophysical survey to prioritize drill targets for the 2012 field season.

Solomon is actively acquiring exploration targets in the relatively underexplored Kluane Front Ranges and Ruby Range of Southwest Yukon. It has already staked 1057 mineral claims covering approximately 25,000 hectares in the Southwest Yukon Territory, a region which has seen a marked increase in staking this year. Further staking targets have been identified in this area.

Looking back at the road we have travelled together this past fiscal year, I believe that it is safe to say that our efforts have ensured that Solomon will be well positioned to meet the challenges that 2012 will bring. We have a world class management and exploration team and continue to compile a portfolio of quality exploration projects.
